Control Your Profile Data Online - Password Protected and Secure

ProFILER Web provides the latest generation of profile management, giving travelers access and control over profile data via CTM's internet homepage. Profile data is stored in the ProFILER database where travelers or travel program administrators access it via a password protected, secure website. Once a change is made, ProFILER uploads the information back into the GDS and/or on-line booking tool via ProFILER Sync.

CTM Travel Fulfillment Services (you have your own online booking tool)
If your company is using ADP's online booking tool, BizTrip eXpert®, you will need a Concur Travel Partner to provide fulfillment services for these bookings. CTM is a Concur Partner and will be happy to quote our fees for fulfillment services.
Remember, CTM's fulfillment services are most typically our full complement of travel agency and management services (agents, reports, 24hour, QC, unused ticket tracking, etc) less the actual cost of the online booking tool, as CTM would not be providing that tool.
If you do not wish to administer and configure your booking website, we can provide those services as well. Our services also include the use of travel consultants as needed.

Unused Ticket Tracking = BIG Savings

CTM's electronic ticket tracking software automatically tracks reservations 24 hours after the last day of travel and checks for any tickets with an unused status. We also provide
reporting on your employees unused tickets »
- Refundable Tickets - If a refundable ticket is unused, the reservation is sent to our accounting department and your company receives a full refund.
- Non-Refundable Tickets - If a non-refundable ticket is found the information is entered into the traveler’s profile, as well as our quality control database. When a new reservation is made by that traveler, our agents or the online booking tool will see that a ticket is available and either encourage the passenger to use that ticket, or book it automatically depending on your travel policy.

Global Distribution System (GDS)
Our reservation system is provided by Worldspan, one of the industry’s leading tools for linking directly with airline content systems to find the lowest rates and best flights to meet your needs.
We offer our clients a guarantee that all fares displayed and offered are the lowest and best available at the time of booking. If our low fare tracking systems find a lower fare on the same flight within 24 hours of ticketing, our agents will void and re-issue the ticket at the lower fare.
