CTM Call Center
If a call center solution better fits your business, there is minimal set-up required. Corporate Travel Management offers a powerful and interactive reservation system that allows our agents to search airlines, hotels and car rental services worldwide and provide real-time flight, room and
ground transportation information in any situation.
CTM’s call center technology offers a complete, powerful solution with seamless integration to our VoIP phone system. At the heart of CTM’s Voice over IP call center system is a powerful, software-based Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) engine.
The ACD offers simple to sophisticated call routing options, easy on-site agent deployment, call recording, end-to-end reporting, complete supervisor capabilities and real time agent/call statistics.
Standard Operating Hours for CTM Headquarters are: 8am-6pm M-F, EST
Other Hours Available by account, by time zone.
Our 24-Hour Emergency Service is available after hours.

CTM Fulfillment Services
(you have your own booking tool and/or agent-employee )
When your company already has an online booking tool and/or employee travel consultant/s, you still need fulfillment services to complete the booking processes.
CTM's fulfillment services are typically configured to include our full complement of travel agency and management services such as backup agents, management reports, 24-hour services, Quality Control, unused ticket tracking, etc.
If you are using the Concur Cliqbook tool, we can also provide technical support services to administer your booking site as well.
BizTrip eXpert® powered by Concur®
CTM Travel Fulfillment Services (you have your own online booking tool)
If your company is using ADP's online booking tool, BizTrip eXpert®, you will need a Concur Travel Partner to provide fulfillment services for these bookings. CTM is a Concur Partner and will be happy to quote our fees for fulfillment services.
Remember, CTM's fulfillment services are most typically our full complement of travel agency and management services (agents, reports, 24hour, QC, unused ticket tracking, etc) less the actual cost of the online booking tool, as CTM would not be providing that tool.
If you do not wish to administer and configure your booking website, we can provide those services as well. Our services also include the use of travel consultants as needed.

CTM On-Site
Your company may have the need for one or more travel agents to be located on-site. In those cases, we can become an extension of your team, rapidly connecting our on-site employee (or yours) to all of CTM's technology and support.
We get your on-site service up and running quickly with minimal fuss.
CTM VIP Service
Your VIPs can enjoy personal attention and service from our highly experienced VIP Service staff. In addition to standard air, hotel, and car reservations, we can book charter flights and limo services, manage frequent flyer accounts, store personal profile details such as seating preference, flight times and food allergies, provide visa or passport assistance, and much more.
CTM Meeting Planning
CTM has dedicated event and corporate meeting planners who will monitor a database of attendees and their personal information, control event budget inflow and outflow, negotiate group rates on air and hotel, and take care of all of the details. Custom online meeting services also available.

Concur® Meeting, is an on-demand service that streamlines the coordination of corporate meetings, seamlessly connecting group travel booking capabilities with the entire meeting planning process. Concur Meeting employs the same technology and the same powerful combination of integrated workflow, approval mechanisms, and real-time reporting found in
Concur® Cliqbook Travel – empowering organizations to efficiently manage group travel and the planning process associated with corporate meetings of any size.
How Does Concur Meeting Work?
A template driven, point and click interface enables the meeting manager to quickly and easily create and define the parameters for the meeting, including an attendee list, registration steps, travel policy, the hotel block, ground transportation and much more. A major benefit of Concur Meeting is the ability to automate the management of hotel blocks, including the capture of guest details and block capacity. The meeting manager can also include customized survey questions to collect the information required to plan event logistics and capture meeting input.
